Why the meter stops at runs — and where the value really sits.
- Why don't you charge per run or per agent?
- Because you bring the intelligence. Your agents and models do the work and you already pay for that compute. Metering runs would punish exactly the automation Veloop exists to encourage — so we don't. We bill the organisation a flat price and let your agents run free.
- What counts as a loop?
- A loop is a workflow your organisation owns — a board with its columns, schedule and history. A single loop that fans out to 50 agent calls in one pass is still one loop, one run. We cap how many loops an organisation runs, never how often they run.
- What do the paid plans actually unlock?
- Scale (more loops, more people, longer history) and — higher up — governance: audit trails, approval gates, SSO and the accountability layer that makes autonomous agent work safe to rely on.
- What is the Sovereign plan?
- Veloop hosted in Switzerland (or self-hosted / air-gapped), with full audit, evidence export and compliance support. Built for regulated Swiss and EU buyers — finance, insurance, pharma, public sector — who need agent work to be provably accountable and kept on home soil.
- Is there really no lock-in?
- Correct. Veloop is vendor-independent — your stack, your models. Tasks and artifacts are yours to export, and the loop format is open. You stay because it's the best home for your loops, not because you're trapped.
